AI Tools Galaxy — DOC-GROUNDING-V1

Purpose: a synthetic, privacy-safe benchmark for source grounding. The facts are intentionally fictional so the answer key is controlled by the test pack rather than outside web knowledge.

Run procedure:
1. Record the tool, model/mode, plan/account, platform, enabled connectors and date.
2. Start a fresh session where practical.
3. Upload/paste brief-a.txt, brief-b.txt and brief-c.txt without editing them.
4. Submit the instruction and six questions from questions.json.
5. Preserve the first complete answer before any correction.
6. Score only the objective dimensions in protocols.json.
7. Save sanitized evidence and link it from the corresponding run record.

Do not mark a run hands-on-tested unless the evidence is retained and the recorded conditions are complete.
