AI TOOLS GALAXY CONTROLLED BENCHMARK — DOCUMENT C
Fictional project: Cedar Bridge Library “Lantern” Pilot
Document version: C1

1. Accessibility gate
A public launch may occur only if the accessibility checklist is signed by 30 September 2026. If that sign-off is not complete by the deadline, the pilot must remain staff-only until the checklist is approved. This condition applies regardless of which October launch date is later adopted.

2. Data handling
The benchmark contains no real learner data. Testers must not add personal, confidential or regulated information when using these files with an AI product.

3. Interpretation rule
When documents conflict, report the conflict and cite both sources. Do not silently choose one value unless another supplied source clearly resolves it.
