LEGAL INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how information may be handled when visitors use AI Tools Galaxy.
Effective: September 2026 Current review cycle:
Information we may receive
Hosting, security, analytics or advertising services may receive basic technical data such as browser type, device type, approximate region, referral information and pages visited. Contact details are received only when a visitor voluntarily sends them through a published contact channel.
Saved preferences and favorites
Dark-mode and favorite-tool choices are stored locally in the visitorās browser. The current storage keys are darkMode and aiToolsGalaxyFavoritesV3. AI Tools Galaxy does not require an account and does not upload the visitorās saved favorite list. When a visitor adds or removes a favorite, the site records an anonymous aggregate event containing the tool identifier/name, the add-or-remove action and the event time. The favorite analytics store does not save the visitorās name, email address, IP address or user-agent. Cloudflare may still process ordinary technical request data for hosting, security and delivery. Visitors can remove their locally saved favorites through browser storage controls. Administrative access to aggregate favorite reports is protected separately through Cloudflare Access; administrator identity information is used for access control and is not mixed with visitor favorite events.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Cloudflare Web Analytics automatic setup is enabled for this proxied hostname. Cloudflare may automatically inject its JavaScript performance beacon for visitors outside the EU; the current dashboard setting excludes visitor data in the EU. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics collects performance and page-usage metrics without tracking individual users across its customers. Google Analytics is not installed. Google AdSense, Monetag and Adsterra ad-serving code and advertising cookies are not currently active. Optional local browser storage is used for dark mode and favorites.
Read the detailed Cookie Policy. Visitors can also learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services through Googleās partner-sites information.
Third-party advertising vendors
The site is technically prepared for a future reviewed advertising release, but no Monetag or Adsterra site identifier, verification value, seller record or ad tag is installed. When advertising is activated, Google and any specifically disclosed authorized advertising partner may place or read cookies, use local storage, process IP addresses, or use web beacons and similar technologies as a result of ad serving. Activation remains blocked until the selected provider is approved, its exact account values are supplied, this policy is updated, suitable ad placements are reviewed and the required consent controls are published.
Your privacy choices
Privacy choices review cycle:
Advertising stays disabled until the AdSense account and Google-certified consent system are configured. For applicable visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the published message must provide consent, refusal and management choices. Applicable US state privacy choices must also be provided through the configured Google message or certified CMP.
After Google Privacy & messaging is active, the websiteās āPrivacy and cookie settingsā control can reopen the applicable message. Until then, the control remains hidden to avoid presenting a non-functional choice. Visitors can review the Cookie Policy and manage Google ad personalization through Google Ads Settings.
External websites
The directory links to third-party products and websites. Their content and privacy practices are controlled by their respective owners. Visitors should read the provider's own privacy policy before submitting information.
Data retention and security
Information should be retained only for a legitimate operational, legal or security purpose and for no longer than reasonably necessary. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for a general audience and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
